This policy describes the processing of visitor data on Mikhail Kolesnikov’s website in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

With analytics consent: pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, page URL, visit time, referrer domain, UTM parameters, device type, browser, operating system, duration, scroll depth and interaction count. Raw IP addresses are not stored; an irreversible HMAC hash of the IP address may be retained to record consent.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to measure visits, understand the effectiveness of traffic sources and improve the website. Analytics starts only after separate visitor consent. Essential technical data is used to operate and secure the website and save selected preferences.
4. Retention and protection
Analytics data is retained within the website’s infrastructure for up to 365 days, unless the administrator sets a shorter period. Consent records are retained for up to 3 years. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Data is not used for advertising or sold.
5. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal deletes analytics sessions associated with your local identifier. You may also contact the controller or Roskomnadzor, Russia’s data protection authority.
